AFAS simplifies care notifications to authorized recipients, streamlining communications between providers, patients, and caregivers. afas can help to ensure that patient care plans are consistent with the stated goals for care. This web application allows you to input patient’s information, Primary Contact information, legal guardian, or legal next of kin. afas notifies the designated, authorized recipient of a change in the patient’s status, in accordance with the Healthcare Team’s or caregiver’s intent.

This one-click solution initiates the notifications enabling more effective communication and quality time with patients.

How it Works

Log onto the web application using existing credentials.

Once a patient’s record is opened in the application.

w

afas application will auto-populates and displays any existing information of the patient, provider and designated Emergency Contact information.

Information is easily customizable and can be changed by the Provider, as needed, before pressing the SUBMIT button.

afas uses SMS text messaging and phone calls while attempting to connect the recipient with the healthcare provider. This cycle will repeat every 20 minutes for the duration of 2 hours or until both parties are connected.

Recipients will have a multilingual message option upon receipt.
